As a nutrition expert, I can actively support you in your personal desire to eat and drink in a balanced way – also in English.
Our food influences our body, mind and soul. But not everything that tastes good to us is equally good for the body. It’s about finding the right balance – what tastes good to me and what is helpful for my well-being in my current life situation?
„Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again, expecting different results.“
Albert Einstein, German physicist (1879-1955)
Who benefits from my nutritional counselling?
In short: Anyone who wants to change or optimise their eating behaviour. In the case of certain illnesses and also special groups of people, nutritional therapy is even extremely useful.
How you eat plays an important role in the following diseases:
- Metabolic disorders (e.g. gout, high blood pressure, elevated blood lipids, rheumatism)
- Cardiovascular diseases,
- Overweight (obesity)
- Osteoporosis
- Food intolerances
- Stomach and intestinal diseases
But an adapted diet also makes sense in certain phases of life or for specific target groups, such as:
- Infancy and childhood
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Menopause

For specific target groups, my counselling is primarily about helping people to regain a more relaxed eating behaviour and a healthy diet. These are:
- Amateur and competitive sportsmen and women
- Problematic eating behaviour
- Eating disorders
- Anorexia
- Bulimia
- Binge eating
- Muscle dysmorphia
- Eating before and after bariatric surgery
Prevention and medically prescribed nutrition therapy
Has your doctor recommended nutritional counselling or nutritional therapy? Then you have come to the right place as a certified nutritionist. I will help you to change your eating habits – with the aim of improving and strengthening your health and well-being.
Do you actually know that prevention and medically prescribed nutrition therapy are subsidised by your health insurance? I have been approved for this by the Central Prevention Testing Centre: my counselling services are eligible for subsidies according to § 20 paragraph 5 SGB V and § 43 paragraph 1 no. 1 o. 2 SGB V.
Holistic approach
I take a holistic approach and look at your daily eating routine and your taste preferences. Especially in cases of problematic eating behaviour, I help you to become more aware of yourself when eating and to get a better feeling for what is the right food for you personally. The focus is on your needs such as hunger, satiety and satisfaction.
You see, the content is not fixed from the outset, but is oriented towards your needs.
